Created an Instagram Page where I showcased my artistic work using different materials and products. My concept was to implement the idea of handmade art not only on hard materials like cups, vases... but also into any kind of clothing. I started by getting specific paint that could be used on different kinds of fabric, and doing some experiences on them: if the color is going to fade easily, if the tools that I am using are the right ones, if the color might smudge on that kind of fabric and not on another, etc..  Adding on, I thought why not using some other materials like threads and yarns. To outline and highlight more the idea I am working on.

The whole idea of creating the page came to my mind right after finishing my Masters Degree Thesis Project, where the topic focused on how art and craft could be used a therapeutic value for abused women or any other person which is really interesting.

Accordingly, I initiated by focusing on women, choosing different faces, different outlines and giving them names that would be suitable for them or at least how I imagine what name will be the perfect match with the face. Building up my concept, I started by drawing the face with its outline, coloring some parts of it, and working on sewing the outline; and most importantly by hand!

Thus, I am happy to share with you some of the work that I did.
