Project Overview
The problem:
A lot of people come late to the movies and they would want to have snacks with them at the theater but they wouldn’t have time to go to the kiosk and order it.
The goal:
To have a website / an app that people can use to make their orders ahead or even when they are in the theater and the food will be delivered for them.
My research started by looking into different movie theaters and snacks applications checking if they are really available in cinemas or not. I found that some cinemas will deliver your food to the theater but you will be ordering them at the kiosk ahead of time. I figured that a lot of people do not have enough time to do that and order food ahead because they will be busy or even get to the movies late. So, I figured that this website or app would really help customers and users to have their order ready for them at any time .

In high-fidelity prototype, user can always go from a screen to another along with different designs and clear procedure that they have to go through.

1- I used some vibrant colors that would be more recognized for the user, a contrast of light and dark colors.
2- The user can access different screens using different methods.
3- The user can always call customer service instead of ordering online as well as there is a voice recording option.

Takeaways
Impact:
The impact was positive since a lot of people could use that website/ app frequently. A lot of people might go to the movies and arrive late and needed to get some snacks or food with them but didn’t have the chance to do that.
What I learned:
I learned how we always have to put the user first and make sure that the steps he wants to go through would be clear and easy to do.
